WBA is the premiere baseball training program in the Houston area.

 

The World Baseball Academy offers professional coaching in pitching, hitting, fielding, base running, strength, conditioning, and all mental aspects of the game. With more than 40 years of combined professional baseball experience and an unsurpassed passion for the game, we are highly-qualified to teach players of all ages the mechanics and skills needed to be a decidedly competitive player. We specialize in teaching the fundamentals of the game correctly so that bad habits are never formed. However, if your player has been trained improperly and is using poor mechanics, we take pride in turning that situation around. We love to see these young players succeed!

 

Offering private instruction throughout the year and camps during the summer, the WBA is for the serious athlete who wants to gain a competitive edge. Athletes will have the opportunity to train in a relaxed, fun and professional environment. Players who want to take their game to the next level may want to consider trying out for our select club. We coach teams of all ages and a focus we find the most rewarding involves developing players who didn’t make their high school teams. We have a heart for kids who love baseball and we want to help them achieve their dreams with the game.  Many of our members who had previously been cut by their high school teams have gone on to receive college scholarships. If your player loves baseball, we would be privileged to coach and sharpen their skills to help them succeed with the greatest game ever played!
